Hokodo announced the acquisition of a Lithuanian payments business, making it the first and, currently, only B2B Buy Now, Pay Later provider with a payments licence.
BitGo reached a preliminary agreement to acquire rival firm Prime Trust.
Brookfield Asset Management said it would buy payments provider Network International for 2.2 billion pounds ($2.76 billion) in cash, as it expands its payments business in the Middle East and Africa.

Pigment announced an €80 million Series C funding round led by ICONIQ Growth.
LATAM
Méliuz confirmed the sale of all its shares in Acesso Soluções de Pagamento S.A., known as Bankly, and potentially all the shares in Acessopar Investimentos e Participações S.A, a subsidiary holding 52.19% of Bankly's capital, to Banco BV.
ASIA
Bayo Pay secured RM10 million (US$2.2 million) in a Series A funding round, according to a report by TechNode Global.
