MORE ON BLOOM
The British Revenue-based financing Fintech Bloom raised a €355m series A round led by Credo Capital Partners and Fortress Investments. The split between debt & equity is not disclosed, but as RBF is a cash-intensive business, we can easily prognosticate that it makes for a large part of this round
Founded in 2019, Bloom proposes to change the “current pricing status quo” in this crowded RBF market with a differentiated pricing model and “pay-as-you-go” features. The only requirement is for the recurring business to be at least a year old and have a minimum ARR of £120k
The funds raised will be used to expand the company’s reach across Europe.
More on Paddle
The UK based payment FinTech raised a €182m Series D round at a valuation of €1.3bn led by KKR with participation from Notion Capital, Kindred Capital, FTV Capital, 83North, and an undisclosed amount of debt from the Silicon Valley Bank
Paddle provides SaaS companies with a complete payment infrastructure, from checkout to invoices & international taxes processes. Their solution is used by over 3,000 software companies
The funds will be used to strengthen the efficiency & growth of their platform while expanding their business reach through new hires
